The 2022–23 Flexible Aged Care Places Allocations Round is a competitive application process. Approved providers of flexible aged care in MPS can apply for places.

The 2022-23 Flexible Aged Care Places (Multi-Purpose Services) Allocations Round is a competitive application process. Approved providers of flexible aged care in Multi-Purpose Services can apply for flexible aged care places (residential) to expand existing services or establish new services. 

Please note that flexible aged care (home care) places will not be allocated through this round.

Invitation to apply for flexible aged care places

Approved providers of Multi-Purpose Services can apply for flexible aged care places for existing or new services.

Up to 100 places in total are available in this round.

The application forms and the application guide are available for download in both Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF versions. Applicants must use the Microsoft Word version of the application form to complete their proposal.

Closing date and lodging of applications

The closing date for submitting applications is 2pm, Thursday 8 June, 2023.
Applicants are required to submit their application(s) and associated attachments via email to the following address: mpsagedcare@health.gov.au.

2022-23 Application Guide

All applicants are strongly encouraged to familiarise themselves with the provisions of the Aged Care Act 1997 (the Act) and the associated Aged Care Principles prior to lodging an application. Australian Government legislation, including the Act and associated Aged Care Principles, are available on the Federal Register of Legislation website.
