About the Manage Your Organisation tile
By clicking on the 'Manage Your Organisation' tile in GPMS, you can:
- view and maintain the information we hold about you for:
- provider details
- services
- key personnel and contacts
- third-party arrangements
- complete and submit Approved Provider Notification or Governing Body Determination forms
- track your forms’ progress through to completion.
This streamlines the processes for changes that require reporting to the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.
You cannot change service level key personnel changes. Read more about your responsibilities and current processes for updating service-level key personnel.
User roles within the Manage Your Organisation tile
There are 3 roles in the Manage Your Organisation tile. Your Organisation Administrator will need to assign these as follows:
- Provider Staff (Service) – this enables the user to update contacts and to view service-level information for assigned services.
- Provider Staff (Org) – this enables the user to update contacts, view organisational information and create digital forms.
- Provider Governing Person – this must be assigned to an active key personnel, to allow them to review and submit digital forms.
