Accessing the Government Provider Management System

Find out how your residential aged care service can get access to the Government Provider Management System and what's involved in setting up roles and responsibilities.

Accessing GPMS

GPMS is currently available to residential aged care providers only – Organisation Administrators and Star Ratings Reviewers (once assigned by their Organisation’s Administrator).

Set up roles and access

If you are an Organisation’s Administrator, you will need to make sure access and roles are correctly set up for all residential aged care services.

There are currently 2 types of access roles in GPMS:

  • Organisation Administrator – manages access for users
  • Star Ratings Reviewer – can preview your organisation’s Star Ratings.

More user types will become available in the future, as more functions become available in GPMS.
