Telehealth definition
Telehealth counts as eligible work if you are providing services from an eligible location. You will only need to provide completion evidence that confirms services to patients were provided from an eligible location.
No exemptions can be made if you are providing services from an ineligible location, even if you are providing services to patients in eligible locations.
