Completing your obligations for the Bonded Medical Program

Learn about the completion assessment process to release you from the Bonded Medical Program.

The Bonded Return of Service System (BRoSS) displays a ‘Congratulations’ message when you have planned at least 156 weeks of eligible RoSO. This is calculated based on:

  • all planned, current and completed RoSO plans
  • prior service credited to legacy scheme participants who have opted in to the statutory Program.

This message does not necessarily mean you have completed your RoSO, it simply means that if you undertake and complete the RoSO as currently planned, then you will have met your RoSO obligations.

You cannot complete the Program until we verify that you have:

  • completed all BRoSS RoSO events
  • completed the required 156 weeks RoSO
  • met all reporting requirements.

We will notify you when you have completed the Program requirements and are no longer a Program participant.
