My Aged Care for service providers

Approved aged care service providers must use the My Aged Care Service and Support Portal. Understand how to access the portal and learn about updates. Find resources and help to use the portal.

The new Government Provider Management System (GPMS) portal is now available. We encourage Organisation Administrators to log in and set up access for all residential aged care services.

The role of service providers in My Aged Care

As an approved service provider, you must use the My Aged Care Service and Support Portal to:

  • manage information about your services
  • manage referrals
  • update client records
  • generate reports
  • ask an assessor to review a client’s support plan.

My Aged Care service provider and assessor helpline

This helpline provides technical support to government-funded aged care service providers, assessors and hospital staff using our reporting systems and portals. Call from 8 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday or 10 am to 2 pm Saturday.
