My Aged Care for service providers

Approved aged care service providers must use the My Aged Care Service and Support Portal. Understand how to access the portal and learn about updates. Find resources and help to use the portal.

The role of service providers in My Aged Care

As an registered service provider, you must use the My Aged Care Service and Support Portal to:

  • manage information about your services
  • manage referrals
  • update client records
  • generate reports
  • ask an assessor to review a client’s support plan.

The My Aged Care website has more information for service providers, including:

  • referring clients to My Aged Care
  • listing your services in the Find a provider tool
  • keeping your organisation’s details updated.

Using the My Aged Care Service and Support Portal

Once you are registered and authenticated, you can log in to the portal, get set up and action items.

My Aged Care service provider and assessor helpline

This helpline provides technical support to registered providers of approved residential care homes, assessors and hospital staff using our reporting systems and portals.
Call from 8 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday or 10 am to 2 pm Saturday (option 5 until 31 October 2025, option 4 from 1 November).
