Adding new organisation administrators to GPMS
The organisation administrator can create new users and assign the organisation administrator role to other users in their organisation.
To remove organisation administrators, call the My Aged Care service provider and assessor helpline on 1800 836 799.
Managing users in GPMS portals
Organisation administrators are responsible for managing user access within the approved provider portal and the registered provider portal.
If a user leaves the organisation, or their portal access is disabled, the organisation administrator must remove access from both portals using the ‘Manage users’ function in GPMS.
Manage Your Organisation tile
The Manage Your Organisation tile in the registered provider portal makes it easier for you to interact with us.
Registered providers can view information about their organisation’s:
- regulatory category
- service information, which aligns to Support at Home, residential aged care beds and enables payments
- associated provider information, from reported third-party organisations’ personnel and user roles nominated in GPMS.
The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission is responsible for registration activities for registered providers.
For information on viewing performance and compliance information in the Performance and Star Ratings tile in the registered provider portal, please refer to the User Guide for accessing Star Ratings, Quality Standards and regulatory decisions.
