8 July 2025 - We are making changes to improve aged care in Australia for all, now and in the future. These changes will deliver safety, dignity and respect for older people across aged care.

31 March 2025 - Under the QI Program, aged care providers must report on aspects of quality of care that can affect the health and wellbeing of older people accessing aged care. The residential aged care QI Program includes 14 quality indicators. We are developing quality indicators for the Support at Home program.

9 January 2025 - The Data and Digital roadmap provides an overview of the data and digital changes aged care providers will need to make in 2025. This document will be updated regularly.
