The Partnership Reformulation Program aims to reduce saturated fat, salt and sugar in processed and manufactured foods. It is part of the Healthy Food Partnership.

This document outlines:

  • what food categories are included in the first phase of the Partnership Reformulation Program
  • the target (maximum) levels of sodium, sugar or saturated fat for each category
  • which food products within those categories are included, and which are not.
