As a registered provider, you must understand and comply with your requirements to deliver Support at Home in line with the relevant legislation. Use the Aged Care Provider Requirements Search tool to find your requirements.
- Responsibilities to participants 
 You are responsible for delivering safe, high-quality aged care for your participants. These services should use a wellness and reablement approach to support their diverse needs, while respecting their rights and privacy.
- Notification of changes
 You must tell us, Services Australia and the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission when you make certain changes. This includes making changes to your organisation and services, including when participants start or end services with you.
- Compliance
 You must meet all obligations under the relevant legislation. This includes complying with the Aged Care Code of Conduct, worker screening requirements, Serious Incident Response Scheme and consumer law.
- Reporting
 You must keep records on participants, staff, and volunteers. You must also report financial information on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Program assurance
 We conduct assurance reviews to confirm the integrity of the Support at Home program and ensure value for money for participants, government and the broader community.
