When and how to provide
You must provide a statement to a participant each month, even if you did not provide Support at Home services to them that month.
Give it to the participant or their registered supporter (or both). You can provide a hard copy or an electronic copy.
You must do this by the last day of the following month.
For example, the deadline to provide a July monthly statement is 31 August.
Final statements
You must also issue a final statement:
- at the end of each episode under the Restorative Care Pathway or End-of-Life Pathway (if funded aged care services are no longer delivered)
- if the participant ends ongoing services
