$67.7 million for research into dementia and healthy ageing and to support our emerging researchers
News and media29 May 2026 - The Australian Government is investing $22.9 million into dementia research and for treatments to help people as they age. A new grant opportunity will provide $44.8 million to support early to mid-career researchers. Funding is from the Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF).
