  • National Tuberculosis Advisory Committee

    The National Tuberculosis Advisory Committee (NTAC) is a subcommittee of the Communicable Diseases Network Australia (CDNA). It provides advice on the prevention and control of tuberculosis in Australia.
  • National Women’s Health Advisory Council

  • Polio Expert Panel

    The Polio Expert Panel (PEP) is a subcommittee of the Communicable Diseases Network Australia (CDNA). It reviews clinical and laboratory data from notified AFP cases to determine if cases are poliomyelitis or non-polio acute flaccid paralysis.
  • Primary Care and Workforce Reviews Taskforce

    We established this taskforce within our department to advise the government on how to respond to recent primary care and workforce reviews. The taskforce works with stakeholders to design and coordinate options for responses based on recommendations from the reviews.
  • Primary Health Reform Steering Group

    The Primary Health Reform Steering Group provided independent expert advice to guide the development of the Primary Health Care 10 Year Plan. The group ran from October 2019 to September 2021.
  • Private Health Chief Executive Officer Forum

    The Private Health Chief Executive Officer Forum (CEO Forum) has been established to identify and develop short and medium-term options to support the sector’s long-term sustainability so that it can continue to serve the health care needs of Australian patients.
