Role
The Australian Government has established the Senior Officer Group to oversee implementation of the 2021–22 Budget measure ‘Aligning provider regulation across the care and support sectors’.
This work aims to:
- reduce the regulatory burden on providers across the care and support sectors
- strengthen protections to ensure quality and safety for participants and consumers.
