National Aged Care Advocacy Program Evaluation Final report

A report prepared by Australian Healthcare Associates (AHA) was commissioned by the department to evaluate the implementation, effectiveness and efficiency of the National Aged Care Advocacy Program (NACAP). The evaluation was undertaken between August 2023 and June 2024.
