National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Flexible Aged Care Program Exit Pathway

Service providers under the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Flexible Aged Care Program must follow exit requirements when reducing or ending their aged care services.

This document outlines what you must do if you reduce or end aged care services under this program. This includes:

  • cooperate with the Department of Health and any new service provider
  • help to minimise any disruption to care recipients
  • give written notice.
