Multijurisdictional Syphilis Outbreak (MJSO) Surveillance Report – consolidated reports February 2019 to January 2020

The surveillance reports summarise the status of an ongoing outbreak of infectious syphilis among Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in remote and rural areas of northern Australia. This report consolidates the monthly surveillance reports from February 2019 to January 2020.

The Multijurisdictional Syphilis Outbreak (MJSO) Working Group is responding to an ongoing outbreak of infectious syphilis among Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in remote and rural areas of northern Australia.

Each month's report summarises the outbreak epidemiological data from the start of the outbreak in January 2011 to the end of the month from February 2019 to January 2020.
