Description:
In late 2019 to early 2020, home care providers participated in a survey and data collection activities to better understand the care delivered under Home Care Packages in FY2018-19 and the September 2019 quarter. This sought to gain a national picture of the types, volume and cost of care and services delivered under the Program. The information collected will be used to inform current and future policy, to continue to improve the Home Care Packages Program.
