Volume 10 is delivered in two parts, disability service providers (part a) and National Disability Insurance Scheme Quality and Safeguards Commission (NDIS Commission) (part b). This volume included 33 recommendations that propose changes to policies, strategies and procedures, increasing compliance, regulation and enforcement measures, improving the quality and safety of services, training and performance management, consider appropriate forms of redress and strengthening choice and control that lead to better outcomes for people with disability.
