Joint Government response July 2024

The Australian Government and state and territory governments support strengthening complaint handling and incident management requirements to better protect people with disability.

The NDIS Commission will commence a review of the NDIS Practice Standards, which form part of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Rules 2018 in consultation with people with disability, NDIS providers and states and territories in 2024.
