Attend an information session
We are hosting fortnightly provider information sessions with Services Australia to share information about the End-of-Life Pathway extension. You can ask questions about the changes in the sessions.
You need to register to attend each session – it is free to register.

- Thursday 12 November, 1:00pm to 2:00pm
- Thursday, 26 November, 1:00pm to 2:00pm
- Thursday, 10 December, 1:00pm to 2:00pm
