Our work › Support at Home program14 January 2025 - We are reforming in-home aged care to help older people live independently at home for longer. The Support at Home program will replace Home Care Packages and the Short-Term Restorative Care Programme from 1 July 2025. Commonwealth Home Support Programme will transition no earlier than 1 July 2027.
