10 June 2025 - In this video, Assistant Secretary Robert Day from the Department of Health and Aged Care’s Harmonisation and Regulatory Strategy Branch, provides guidance about the provider registration preview. The preview is part of the deeming process of aged care providers under the new Aged Care Act.

30 July 2025 - The National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act) is the law that sets out how the NDIS works. Section 46 states NDIS funds must be spent on NDIS supports and in line with a participant's plan. The NDIA must make a decision under section 44 about any risks that section 46.

12 October 2025 - The Australian Government announced the members of the Health Technology Assessment Review Implementation Advisory Group (the IAG) on 20 November 2024. The IAG will help guide critical reforms in response to the findings and recommendations of the HTA Review Report which was released in September.

20 May 2025 - This working group developed the Industry Guide to Voluntary Serving Size Reduction (the Guide) to provide guidance and support to the food industry to promote and supply healthier serving sizes. This is part of the Healthy Food Partnership.
