Institutional abuse survivors, their families and communities can contact IGFF from Monday to Friday for case management, support and advocacy services via phone or email.

4 June 2025 - If a care recipient changes Home Care Package provider, you must transfer their unspent funds to their new provider. If they leave home care or pass away, you must return the care recipient portion of unspent funds to them (or their estate) and the government portion to us.
