19 July 2023 - Contact the Aged Care COVID-19 Grief and Bereavement Service for free support for those affected by COVID-19 in the aged care sector. They are available 9 am to 5 pm AEDT, from Monday to Friday. This service is operated by the Australian Centre for Grief and Bereavement.

8 April 2025 - Telehealth allows you to consult a healthcare provider by phone or a video call. Telehealth was expanded in March 2020 to ensure the safety of patients and healthcare providers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Many of these services have now been retained permanently.
