Monthly statement guide for older people

This is a guidance document intended to help participants better understand their monthly statement under the Support at Home program. Providers’ monthly statements may look different.

24/7 RN coverage tool

This Excel document aims to help providers identify gaps in their 24/7 RN coverage. It contains instructions on how to calculate gaps in coverage for the reported month.
