My Aged Care has resources that the aged care sector can order to share with their clients. This includes brochures, booklets and checklists. These resources are also available in up to 22 other languages.

Registered supporters in aged care brochure

This brochure provides information on the registered supporter role, under the new Aged Care Act, and is aimed at older people and those who support them.

Information Sharing policy

This policy outlines information sharing requirements relating to registered supporters under the Aged Care Act 2024. Information sharing requirements apply to any person or body who, under the Act, provides information to an older person with registered supporter(s).

Aged care wages attestation report

A summary of providers’ attestations that they have passed on additional Australian Government funding in support of the Fair Work Commission’s decision to increase minimum award wages for many aged care workers and associated on-costs.

Support at Home program – participant contributions

This fact sheet provides an overview of participant contributions under Support at Home. This includes an explanation of contribution rates, the lifetime cap, the ‘no worse off principle’, and financial hardship support.

Complaints form about registered supporters

If you have a complaint or concern about a registered supporter, you can raise this with the System Governor, responsible for supporters. This form is a template that you may wish to use when submitting a complaint about a registered supporter.

This policy explains how anyone can lodge a complaint about a registered supporter with the System Governor, outlines possible outcomes, and details how affected entities can request an internal review of decisions under the Aged Care Act 2024.

This manual provides general information and guidance about the Multi-Purpose Service Program (MPSP). It explains the Government’s policy context and operational requirements for funded aged care services provided through the MPSP.
