The CRIS informs industry on how we manage cost recovery to give Commonwealth funding to the Australian Orthopaedic Association (AOA). The AOA initiative administers the National Joint Replacement Registry (NJRR) and gives financial and non-financial reports for each financial year.

This report includes reports financial and non-financial results for the administration of the NJRR and contains financial forecasts for the 2023-24 financial year and three forward years.

The National Joint Replacement Registry improves and maintains the quality of care for individuals receiving joint replacement surgery.

This statement:

  • explains how we manage cost recovery to provide funding to the Australian Orthopaedic Association (AOA) to administer the registry
  • reports financial and non-financial performance information
  • provides financial forecasts for the 2023-24  and three forward years.
