Funnel plot templates

These spreadsheet tools are used to generate funnel plots for relevant cancer detection NAS measures. They are part of the accreditation process for BreastScreen Australia Program services.

Funnel plot spreadsheet templates are provided for:

  • small services
  • large services
  • multi-service State Coordination Units (SCUs)

The templates include instructions on their use.
