Final changes to the NDIS Amendment (Securing the NDIS for Future Generations) Bill 2026
The National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Securing the NDIS for Future Generations) Bill 2026 (the Bill) will make changes to the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. These changes will protect the NDIS for people with permanent and significant disability.
