The evaluation was undertaken by Australian Healthcare Associates (AHA) and is based on its analyses of data collected from the trials between 28 February 2019 and 5 February 2021. The evaluation’s Final Report includes updates to the findings that were provided in the Interim Report’s Executive Summary (published 9 October 2020).
The final evaluation:
- looks at the outcomes of the trials
- reviews other system navigator models
- reports on stakeholder views
- identifies important principles, service delivery elements and implementation considerations for future aged care navigation services.
