• provides information on how the Department of Health and Aged Care implements cost recovery for the administration of the Prescribed List of Benefits for Medical Devices and Human Tissue Products (the Prescribed List) previously known as the Prostheses List;
• outlines the fees that will apply for the 2023-24 financial year;
• describes the legislative changes to support the administration of cost recovery arrangements relating to the Prescribed List; and
• provides actual financial performance for the 2023-24 financial year and financial forecasts for three forward years.
