Opt out of the Practice Stream

How to withdraw from the Workforce Incentive Program (WIP) Practice Stream.

If a practice no longer wants to receive Practice Stream payments, it can withdraw from the program at any time.

How to withdraw

To withdraw from the Practice Stream the practice owner(s) need to:

If Services Australia receives the form at least 7 calendar days before the point-in-time date for that quarter, payments will stop from that quarter onwards.

Once a practice has withdrawn from the Practice Stream, the practice is not entitled to receive any withheld payments.

Reapplying

If a practice wants to reapply for the Practice Stream, it will need to complete a new application. Services Australia will assess the practice as a new applicant. See the WIP guidelines for more information on reapplying.
