5 June 2025 - Before delivering services and devices under the Hearing Services Program, providers must make sure the client has a current voucher and the services are available to the client.

4 June 2025 - This supplement helps approved providers with the cost of caring for veterans with a service-related mental health condition. You do not need to apply for this supplement. If your care recipient is eligible, payment will start when they have agreed to release eligibility information.

4 June 2025 - Care recipients are expected to pay fees to help with the cost of their government-subsidised home care. We changed the way we calculate fees on 1 July 2014. These changes do not apply to care recipients who entered the program before that date.
