3 September 2024 - As an approved provider of Home Care Packages, you must keep various records, including on care recipients, incidents, staff and volunteers. You must also regularly review your prices, and report financial information and serious incidents.

22 November 2024 - The Australian Government’s Digital ID app, myGovID has changed its name to myID. The app allows you to securely log into and use government services online.
