29 October 2025 - Registered providers must report on aspects of quality of care that can affect the health and wellbeing of older people accessing Australian Government–funded aged care services. The QI Program includes 14 quality indicators. We are developing quality indicators for the Support at Home program.

1 June 2023 - The Australian Thalidomide Survivors Support Program provides support to Australian thalidomide survivors. Find out about the program, including who is eligible and what support is available.

31 October 2025 - Older people can seek access to Support at Home through an aged care assessment. If approved, they will be allocated funding when government funding becomes available. They then choose a provider to deliver their Support at Home services.

23 October 2025 - This document gives guidance on the actions Home Care Package providers and Short-Term Restorative Care providers should take to be operationally ready to transition to the Support at Home program.

They also provide support groups, education programs, counselling and bereavement services for families.
