29 May 2026 - There are various ways for people to train, upskill and enter the aged care workforce. Find out how we are training new workers and improving the skills of our current workforce to meet the needs of older people.

5 October 2026 - The End-of-Life Pathway supports older people who are approaching the end of life and wish to remain at home. The pathway complements existing state and territory palliative care services by providing in-home aged care support, such as personal care, domestic assistance and nursing care.

6 October 2026 - Each Support at Home participant receives set funding to meet their assessed needs. You can use this, alongside other funding sources, to provide tailored services. A participant may receive interim funding for a period of time under certain circumstances.

1 July 2026 - We support medical and health students and trainees through various policies, strategies and programs. These help them navigate through their studies and their training and career pathways.
