4 December 2025 - Endometriosis is a painful chronic condition. In Australia it affects at least one in 7 girls and women and those assigned female at birth. Individuals with endometriosis may experience a variety of symptoms. Find out what we’re doing to help those living with endometriosis.

12 March 2026 - We established this taskforce within our department to advise the government on how to respond to recent primary care and workforce reviews. The taskforce works with stakeholders to design and coordinate options for responses based on recommendations from the reviews.

15 December 2025 - A new Childhood Mental Health Research Plan will shape $50 million in funding from the Medical Research Future Fund. An independent Expert Advisory Panel formed the plan. Members tell us how it will help improve children’s mental health and wellbeing.
