Cost Recovery Implementation Statement (CRIS)
The 2024-25 NJRR CRIS has been finalised and published.
The final NJRR CRIS incorporates stakeholder feedback to the draft NJRR CRIS, which we consulted on in October 2024. A summary of the feedback and the department’s response to the feedback is included in the final NJRR CRIS. The final NJRR CRIS also provides financial forecast and details of cost recovery arrangements for 2024-25.
Annual NJRR levy
The department is in the process of sending invoices and an explanatory letter to sponsors of devices that are in the scope of the annual NJRR levy.
The cost recovery arrangements for the levy are explained in the NJRR CRIS.
