The Private Health Insurance (Prostheses) Rules 2019 No. 1 come into effect on 1 March 2019.

The delegate of the Minister for Health has made the Private Health Insurance (Prostheses) Rules 2019 No. 1 (the Rules), to revoke and replace the Private Health Insurance (Prostheses) Rules 2018 No. 2. Schedule 1 to the Rules is commonly known as the Prostheses List.

The Rules have been registered on the Federal Register of Legislation and come into effect on 1 March 2019.

The updated Prostheses List – Parts A, B and C – are available on the Department of Health Prostheses List webpage, including a version in Extensible Markup Language (XML) format.
