Health and medical research priorities finalised
The Australian Medical Research and Innovation Priorities 2020-2022 are the third set of priorities for the Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF). The priorities came into effect on 6 November 2020.
The Australian Medical Research Advisory Board (AMRAB) develops the priorities every 2 years to inform Government decisions on MRFF investments in health and medical research.
Stakeholders were asked to comment on the appropriateness of the 2018-2020 priorities to guide future MRFF investments under the Australian Medical Research and Innovation Strategy 2016–2021.
AMRAB heard from 270 stakeholders and received more than 250 written submissions.
