We are collaborating with Dementia Training Australia to host an 8-part series designed to help aged care providers and designers understand and apply the National Aged Care Design Principles and Guidelines.

This session explores Principle 3 Access the Outdoors. Principle 3 aims to support people seeing, accessing and spending time outdoors in contact with nature.

In this fifth webinar in the series, you will learn about:

  • supporting people seeing, accessing and spending time outdoors
  • barriers for older people accessing the outdoors
  • what well-designed outdoor spaces looks like.
