Hi, I'm Tamika Upton.

Being a professional football player, I've always got to be at the top of my game. And that means thinking about everything that goes into my body. Not just food and drinks, but other things too.

You might think vapes aren't bad for you, especially with all the different flavours out there.

But those flavours hide chemicals that are used in things like printer ink, disinfectant and the stuff in your car's radiator.

Those chemicals can make you feel puffed out, make you start coughing or wheezing, and can damage your lungs in the long term.

There's heaps of support out there to help you quit the vapes.

Download the My QuitBuddy app or speak to your doctor or health worker.
