Each one of us has something to give when it comes to mental health. So it's about really getting to know what are your strengths what’s some part of you that you want to share and give to your client in terms of connecting with them.
But really a part of you that as a human being, that will help you connect. We all have different parts of us that help us to connect with our client better than others. So being able to identify that I think would be quite significant.
