Hello, I'm Dr. Aleeta Fejo. I'm a Larrakia & Warramunga Aboriginal General Practitioner from the Northern territory.

I'm calling to remind you that at this time of the corona virus, it's very important that we look after our health, both physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Important things to remember are getting enough sleep, eating nutritious food, doing regular exercise each day, doing meditation or spiritual prayer, making sure that you are reconnecting and staying connected with family and friends and sharing love, kindness, and respect to each other.

Thank you.
