There's always something to do, whether it's shadowing a RN or an EN or helping out and assisting the carers, but there's always something to do and I'm kept on my toes all day learning so much. Yeah, and I'm loving it so far.
I think it gives me more of a wider perspective of the different like clients that I'll be like seeing throughout my nursing career.
My clinical facilitator John has been great. We have daily meetings with him to reflect on our day and what we would like to improve and any concerns we have. So that's been great.
