Type 2 diabetes is a common chronic disease. Many Australians are at risk of getting type 2 diabetes, especially if they have certain risk factors.
This tool uses 11 questions to work out your risk of getting diabetes in the next 5 years. By keeping track of your score, you can see what your risk is.
