Statement of Expectations (SOE) – 20 June 2023

Statements of Expectation (SOE) give greater clarity about the government's expectations and priorities about how the regulator will fulfil its statutory responsibilities. The responsible minister issues the SOE.

This Statements of Expectation (SOE) and Statement of Intent (SOI) concern six regulators of the Department of Health and Aged Care. All report to the Hon. Mark Butler, Minister for Health and Aged Care.
