Our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan 2021–2023 (RAP) outlines the significant actions we are taking to progress reconciliation in our workplace, core business and sphere of influence, including important activities focusing on the attraction, development and retention of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff.
